Go Fish!

We made plans to go to the Atlanta Childrens Museum yesterday with the Proffitts. We got an early start and headed downtown. When we got there the Childrens museum was packed, they said we'd have to wait an hour and a half to get in! We were bummed but then we realized the Aquarium was just next door. So we walked over and got right in. I haven't been to the Aquarium since I was prego. It is such a different experience with kids! Sloan and Savannah had so much fun watching all the sharks and fish. We loved how interactive the museum was. We were able to touch stingrays, sharks, and sea anemones. The fish tanks went all the way to the ground so they were able to get up close an personal with all the fish. She loved Scooter the big penguin. No joke I think she gave him 15 hugs. She was in all the other kids photos because she wouldnt leave him alone. It was a blast and we wore those kiddos out. I also attached a photo of savannah eating her dinner, as you can see yogurt is all over the wall and boss. We tried not to laugh but it was so funny.

Part Two to Christmas Number Two!

People often ask how much Savannah talks, or what she's saying. Truth is there isn't anything the girl doesn't say. She is a parrot these days...no joke. If I say "can you say ____ enter word here" she'll repeat it. Its nuts. There are a few things she says that are hilarious. My fave happens to be blueberries. When she says it, it sounds like "boobies". And yesterday I was bringing her some, and she goes "mommy's boobies!" ha ha! She is in love with Thomas the train. She has two bath squirters one is Thomas and one is Percy. You can imagine what Percy sounds like when she says it. In case you can't here is a video. I also attached a video of her playing with her favorite puzzle. She knows so many of her colors and words...she makes mommy and daddy so proud!!
Some other funny tidbits...she likes to drink her yogurt, she loves matchbox cars, she is obsessed with Pancakes and would eat them for every meal, she loves accesories like scarfs and hats, she LOVES to read, when I tell her no she covers her eyes with her hands like i cant see her then peeks through her fingers, if she pees or poops she runs to get me a new diaper and wipes and lays down in front of me (yes she's ready to be potty trained), she loves marley and gives her a hundred kisses and hugs a day, and when she says "love you" it melts my heart! Enjoy the new pics and videos!

Christmas Number Two!

Meme and Baba came to visit after Christmas! We had a great time hibernating in the house to stay out of the cold. It was seriously below freezing outside and several of the days we had flurries. We played scrabble, played with Savannah and all her new toys, colored over and over again, watched a hundred college football games (Michelle won the bets on this!), played scrabble (Dad won), cooked amazing dinners, and we celebrated the New Year at Barnsley. Barnsley was so nice, we had a fabulous dinner at the Rice house...can you say Molten lava cake? And we followed that up with the Frog drop at the Pavilion. We danced the night away and finished our trip up with the most amazing breakfast buffet the next morning! I may have eaten all of the lox and capers they had. We had such a great time welcoming 2010!! Michell has better pics so as soon as she send them to me I'll post a part II. Savannah got a cupcake set from Meme and Baba which she loved! She hasn't stopped making "pancakes". She also got her very own Chargers jersey! We're all set for them to go to the Super Bowl! Go Bolts!!

Savannah loved spending time with her Meme and Baba. She is so lucky to have people who love so much! I'll post more pics soon!!

Love,
The Palmer Fam
